Craft Project: Valentine’s Day Hurricane

Today at Dollar Store Crafts I posted a tutorial for making this Valentine’s Day hurricane.  I love the way it looks when it’s lit with a candle; the camera just does not do it justice!  Pop over to DSC to see how I made it!
