Craft Project: Fall Floral Centerpiece with Wine Corks

I am so excited about this coming week! On Tuesday I am going to the third annual Autumn Lights Extravaganza, a fundraiser for a local organization called the Lighthouse Pregnancy Care Center. There is a silent auction and – the best part – a dessert buffet loaded with chocolates, cookies, brownies… All of the sweet I can eat! It’s one of my favorite things about fall.
Every year I make a donation to the silent auction. This year I donated a selection of various handmade items, including a floral centerpiece I made that incorporates wine corks and a flameless candle. It’s almost entirely made from items I picked up in the floral department at Dollar Tree, so I posted a how-to for it at Dollar Store Crafts. [check out the tutorial]
I’ll be taking lots of pictures at the Extravaganza (it’s always decorated up very pretty, and you have to see the selection of yummy stuff to believe it!) so come back later this week to see them!
