Craft Project: Glittery Chipboard Christmas Ornaments
As much as I loathe the snowy season (I dream of perpetual summers), I do enjoy one thing this time of year: Christmas! And in particular, I love making ornaments. It’s long been a holiday tradition for me to make tons of them, since I use them as package decorations on all of my holiday gifts. It’s like giving a little bonus gift while dressing up my wrappings – that’s winning all around! My first ornaments of the year are finished and ready to go in the “to-gift” pile. I made them out of a couple of dollar store items so they are super duper thrifty. Just how thrifty? If you already have paint, glue, ribbon, and glitter on hand (and what self-respecting crafter doesn’t?), then for $2 worth of Dollar Tree supplies you can make as many as 30 of these little guys! I posted the how-to at Dollar Store Crafts. [go here to see the tutorial!]
