Introducing Mrs. Smith’s Signature Deep Dish Pies
This post brought to you by Mrs. Smith’s. All opinions are 100% mine.
In my family, pie is like a sacrament. My great-grandmother was known for her pies, and also known for insisting that they only be cut into quarters. Anything less just wasn’t enough pie. Now, there is nothing quite like grandma’s homemade pie, but if you don’t have the time to toodle around the kitchen doing your best Martha impression, the next best thing is Mrs. Smith’s Signature Deep Dish pies.
The pies come in four varieties and – here’s the kicker – each kind of pie comes with a different toppong packet to make it even more decadent! The varieties are:
- Signature Deep Dish Dutch Apple Pie with Caramel Sauce
- Signature Deep Dish Cherry Pie with Butter Fudge Sauce
- Signature Deep Dish Peach Pie with Cream Cheese Icing
- Signature Deep Dish Pumpkin Pie with Cream Cheese Icing
Is your mouth watering yet? I’m having a hard time deciding which one sounds best! But if I had to narrow it down to two…

I live in apple country so apple pie is a staple around here. And caramel always makes apples better. Always. I mean, would you rather eat an apple, or a caramel apple? I know my choice!

I’m also very fond of any kind of berry. I’ve yet to meet a berry I didn’t like, and cherries are right up there on the list of the ones I enjoy most. As if the cherries aren’t decadent enough on their own, Mrs. Smith’s added butter fudge sauce. That’s right, a chocolate-covered cherry pie! Seriously, how could you go wrong with that combo?
I love the idea of creating unique, customized pies without spending hours in the kitchen. Which pie sounds the best to you?
